I donno bud! The job is on Lonsdale st which, in Canberra, is hipster heaven.
That said I’m clashing a blue crosshatch shirt with a slim fit dark suit with light pinstripes. I’ll be mocked heavily when I get to my current work of cause.

Chose a different path today and pulled out the boar and Cella. Used the "Macro" method after reading about it on Badger & Blade. Worked a treat and ended up with enough lather for a small town. Sounds very similar to the Adelaide method.

well the interview went well, had an hour long chat and have scheduled the second interview for early next week! Can’t ask for much more.

Another wonderful shave with the Wolfman and some fantastic Mike's lather.

almost two days without shaving on an island north east of the Apple state with nice wheather till today, when I got my "monthly shower" free of charge while boating back + 4 hours wet foot drive to hobart, so I needed some winter stuff...

blade: Gillette 7 O'clock
brush: the Chinese shynthetic
soap: APR Winterfell
splash: Floid suave
and now everything is good!

Still loving the Eclipse. Perfect 3 pass BBS with no touch ups required. Been a while since I used the Harris soap, still as good as I remember and topped off very nicely with the B&M splash.

Good to be home after a quick trip to Parkes and back (although Parkes is a lovely little town and it was a pleasant 3 1/2 hour drive each way with podcasts and music).

Last week Melbourne overnight, week before Sydney overnight, next week Sydney, Moree and Newcastle, following week Coffs Harbour and Taree and then the week after that Sydney for a couple of nights - let the great grand tour roll on!

Image taken on way home from mid SW NSW. Bit of badly needed rain about but you really need to plan your travel around the rain out here as 5mm of rain closes the roads and the 'slickness and glide' make it a little unmanageable.

Today is my last day in my current role, been a big ol mix of good n bad.
After a decade in the industry I’ll be glad to make a change, im sure my role is a few years from being a bit of software so it’s all a blessing really.
To celebrate the end, it’s black bow tie Friday. :)
