Post: Thayers Cucumber Witch Hazel / Myrsol Emulsion
Scent: APR Fenchurch EdP

First shave with an APR soap with the new base. First impressions are relatively fast loading, and thirstier than the previous base. Very slick indeed, and outstanding residual slickness.
Love the Fenchurch scent - another dark and foreboding concoction from @todras - perfect for winter.
Also my first shave with the Paladin brush. A bit "tight", as you'd expect with a new brush, but soft tips and a lovely handle. A quality bit of kit.
Finished with the APR Fenchurch EdP. Has the same vibe as the soap, but with a vibrancy and sharpness that balances the dark notes beautifully. It reminds me somewhat of Caron Yatagan, with a wild animalistic opening, mellowing to a dark musky dry down.

Such a great combination. Even on less than 4 hours sleep I can make a decent lather - Lather Shots

Razor: Rocnel Elite
Blade: Voskhod (2)
Post: Jojoba Oil
AS: Pb The Black Spruce
Found another home for the Voskhod blade. It works very well in the Elite, not as comfortable as the BIC but provided a fine shave. It's nice to have some Soap by Luna in the rotation. Very nice lather.

Man the boar hair brush must suck up so much more water then the Tuxedo. I had to use a heap of water thismorning. I gotta say I am finding the boar a bit of an effort to get a lather going compared to the synthetic tuxedo.

Rapira Plat Lux were almost a perfect fit in the elite as well. Almost as good as the feather. Most others had to be encouraged I found :)
