Confused about the toothbrush and how you used it.Finished with a cold rinse then a light "scrub" with a soft tooth brush, a further rinse, a splash with isopropyl alcohol, a rinse and another final light application of alcohol.

No I have reasonably normal skin. An old bloke - older than me by almost 30 years - told me his regime and I decided to try it for myself.
