Hi Bernie, very normal mate, as the brush breaks in it will splay more, the ends will split and curl. I am breaking in both Semogue 1305 Premium and Omega 10065 ATM and the Omega definitely takes longer to break in. The 1305 is an absolutely wonderful brush and I hope it doesn't get too soft when broken in.This was my second shave with the Semogue; I notice the bristles are splaying markedly more than my other boar (Omega 10065); is that normal?
