Great shave with no irritation. I have probably another 2 or 3 shaves left of this soap. If they release it again this year, I probably will pick it up and save it for next summer.

Razor/Blade:- Rockwell 6C-R3 / Vintage NOS Gillette Super Stainless (spoiler) #9
Post/After-shave:- T.N. Dickinson Witch Hazel Astringent mixed into the 240ml bottle with Natural Glycerin (20) & Tea Tree Antiseptic (10)
Tipple:- OMG!....Thank goodness for the FANTASTIC cold beer of Guinness on a real warm pisser late afternoon shave.

Nice shave with the Karve B plate resulted in a DFS with no irritation anywhere.
The soap is nice to use and the scent remains for some time post shave which is a welcome trait.

I wanted to compare my other "aggressive" razor to the Brassbird open comb. To me this is slightly less aggressive with a bit less blade feel than the Blackland. The problem arises when I shave my neck, I end with some irritation with both of the razors. I think that they are suited to when I have a few days growth, not as daily drivers.​
 
It's heating up in Melbourne so it was time for a cool shave.

Yeah its a great head shaver and ideal for those quick shaves when in a hurry. Going to try the usual blades to see which works as the Rockwell isn't the smoothest but still gets the job done (y)
