I've been missing my lavender hit for the last few days...

Okay, lather was awesome and the razor + blade combo proved admirable (the OC is just a touch more efficient, but not much in it). However, the scent. Not for me. To Will's credit the scent description is bang on and really I should have perhaps gone with a sample first. For me, shaving with face full of wet damp earth/mud was not a pleasant experience.​
 
Pre: Proraso white pre-shave cream

Blade: Gillette Minora (5)
After: Nivia After Shave Balm

Two soaps arrived from BDSC, Vetiver & Lust. Lovely scent in the vetiver on yesterday's shave, and Lust lined up for today's shave.
Minora blade behaving still, but my mileage doesn't extend much past 6 or 7 shaves.

Blade: Kai PINK (1)
Post-shave: Shower, homebrew moisturiser, La Roche-Posay Anthelios SPF50+, Stirling Bergamot Lavender EDT
COTD: Shakisso Estate, Ethiopia

For some reason I found myself craving this lovely peppery lavender from Mystic Water - and the best thing to do with a craving is give in to it. The MW takes a bit of work to get the lather just right, but it's worth every moment. A perfect DSBBS.
