Shaved with this setup a few days ago and found the German Wilkie to be a little rough with the BB. Didnt leave any irritation but did leave glossy BBS behind, just wasnt as comfortable. I left a few days growth and tried again, this time with the B&M seville and had the same rough feeling on first pass on one cheek so swapped it out with a trusty BIC and yeah the super smoothness came straight back. First time I havent enjoyed the german wilkie in any razor, just aint a good match.

Cant say enough praise about this razor, hate to say it but might of just found my 'grail razor'

I have been shaving with this B&M tub for a while and trying to kill it but just wont die, just want to make myself feel better by actually finishing a soap

Featured soap: Whispers From The Woods - “Pomelo”

Shave Result: Used a 2.5gm (half teaspoon) scoop of soap to generate a lovely rich lather, with 14ml of water added to the build. For me the Whispers From The Woods soap lather is a second Tier performer. From the lather I get a sweetish citrus aroma that is orange/mandarin/grapefruit forward and the lemon scent in the blend is hidden to my nose, scent strength 4/10. The Baikal on plate 2 is equivalent to about plate 3.5 on Rockwell 6c and worked well with the Silver Blue blade resulting in a clean, smooth DFS.
