Slice and Dice - what do you use to fix cuts?

I've got 8 Wilkinson Blue sticks (German) tucked away in a sealed sandwich bag should anyone wish to exchange 1 or 2 La Toja sticks?

I specifically use La Toja when I am using any new razor or blade for the first time. This way, if I give myself a nick or weeper, the salts in my lather is already working on it. :)
