Its a re-knot from a new Maseto handle into this new TF Custom handle Its a 28mm 2 Band Finest set at 52mm loft.

Hi Errol,
The fluting is done using a small router and the indexing head on my lathe. It takes a bit of time to set it up but well worth the effort. The indexing head keeps the equal spacing. With different shaped and sized router bits different looks can be achieved.
