good news gents!
The Canberra wet shave crew came out in force today and I have left with a cart, not just any cart however.

Nah no point, they are basically the same.
I’m actually abit excited to try it, i personally attribute my skin irritation issues to aweful prep, horrendous gear and even worse technique.
Cold water to rinse helps me a lot too, I didn’t think much about it but the cold does wonders.

So it’s been about 7 years since I have used a cartridge razor, I used to get awful ingrowns, irritation and just patchy results, this morning I used the 7 blade thing from dorco, the finest blade manufacturer in the world
And I have to say the two passes I did went well.
No nicks or irritation very close to a perfect shave, it felt really odd doing it and the blades could stand to be a good deal sharper however the results speak for themselves.. to be fair however I would expect great results if I did 14 passes with a DE or a straight too.
As I suspected it’s a prep thing and as I have said before, the cold water helps me immensely.
