The prep......

If I shower before a shave then either Proraso Green Pre-shave or Prep Derma Protective Cream while I lather.

If I'm just shaving then wash face with Glycerin soap - usually Musgo Spiced Citrus Oil Soap - and maybe apply shave oil (still undecided on this). If it's not school holidays and the rest of the family is up then I'll stick a wet face towel in the microwave for 30 secs to get it nice and hot.
