Mr. Strop
The ACRM-2 is the entry level straight razor of Titan 1918. The steel for the blades is manufactured, forged and heat treated in Japan. They then go to Taiwan for grinding and finishing before ending up in Hong Kong from where they are marketed, particularly to east and south-east Asia. They currently (Sep. 2020) retails for about USD 20 through AliExpress.
I purchased this razor new in early December 2019. When received the edge was sharp but definitely not shave ready (what do you expect for the price). I properly set the bevel and refined the edge using lapping film and then onto diamond pasted balsa strops and finished on a hanging clean leather strop.
The bladed ended up with and excellent edge that shaved very well in all positions - WTG, XTG and ATG. After that first shave, this razor has become one of my favourites.
