This razor is commonly known as the [short] "Black Beauty" with a handle length of 84mm. It has a cousin with a handle length of 109mm. The early Gillette packaging described it as the Super-84. Later versions were simply called the Super Adjustable. You can read all about it here.
A great example of a contemporary vintage Gillette adjustable, in sparkling condition with a case and period authentic blades, a very special opportunity thanks to @LesC.
