Web based recording of rainfall data

I have an electronic personal weather station which I have serving data to my home network.

I also have a manual rain gauge on the fence because the electronic one is inaccurate. I'd like to record the manual gauge data and display it along with the other PWS data.

I've been recording using a Google form but it looks tricky to pull back out in a useful format.

Does anyone have a pointer to a tutorial on how I might capture, store and retrieve the data? I figure some sort of PHP-MySQL is needed. But don't really know anything about MySQL.

Something like this is where I want to end up, only on my network and not www. https://rainfallrecord.info

Shouldn't be that difficult:
Last Hour : 0
Last 24 Hours : 0
Last Week : 0
Last Month : 0
Last Year : 0

Sorry couldn't resist :)
There is a problem with your code. We had 4mm yesterday and 4.5mm the day before.
