What do you have in the post right now?

Nobody was twisting your arm. And I have a feeling you'll like this soap...
He did twist my bloody arm when he started this topic

Because, I've NEVER heard of Woolly Wash Soapery, until I read it from reddit.

I blamed @Mark1966 for being a selfish-spoiled brat and a pain in the ass for encouraging me, and brainwashing me to hit the buy button.

Anyway coming soon in mail from Queensland

Just arrived an Old Spice mug, the Grand Turk (Late 02) with a 3.75oz puck of soap, with the red ''insert'' lid in NOS condition.
Cardboard box for recycling.
I personally find Vintage Old Spice to be one of the slickest/glide soaps I have ever used, especially with my Iwasaki Kamisori, though the lather occaisonally dissipates the ''slide''is still there?
I now have enough of these to see me out, but ''When ss Enough Enough''

Well scored! (y) For a brief while, I hoped I might achieve that state of being with my Yardley and Valobra/C&S, but realistically, I'll be out of both in less than five years unless I develop an uncharacteristic frugal habit. Unless I come across some amazing trove in the meantime, I think I'll just accept the passing of both when the time comes, and move on.

I scored this 2021 DSCosmetic Kensurfs Boar Brush for $16 dollars on AliExpress. I also caved in at blade.net’s end of financial year sales and picked up a Rockwell 6C in gunmetal and a Proraso shave brush.
Excellent value for money stuff mate. the 6 C is still the better option for me with its glide quality. The DS Boar breaks in pretty quick too.

I’ve never used a boar brush before, I only own a frank shaving best badger and the Rozorock Plissoft original. The proraso brush arrived today and it’s much firmer than I expected, I’m looking forwards to trying it out. I’m currently using a Merkur 34C so I’m looking forwards to taking the 6C for a spin as well.

Once your boar is broken in, you'll most likely find it gives back much more lather than your badger. (y)

Likewise, once you've found your sweet spot with the 6C, you might never pick up the 34C again...
