What is this please?

I'm looking at this razor to buy.
Said to be a Gillette (?)
Sort of looks 'nearly' like a NEW handle, but without the 2 bars around it.
Thoughts?

Thanks, yeah the head has the 2 pins to locate the blade and I figured OLD type.
I have seen an old WW1 Gillette (so, about 1918- 1920 ish) with the same handle.

I have made a small bid, and some of you may want this too.
Go for it. I can only pay so much and if you get it ahead of me then no problems.
I want it for shaving with not collecting, etc. so I'm not fussed if someone else gets it.
I would like to know what it is though.
An 'OLD', or 'Improved', or ???

Ooops, sorry @huntereyes_ just fully digested what you said and yes, you are right.
The missing ball end is a shame really.
The head looks to be fine, so maybe put a modern handle on it or try to find a gold ball end?
I probably won't bother, and will look for 'something' complete that I don't have to faff about with.
