Shave Report: Soap scent profile: Top Notes: Mint, Eucalyptus; Heart Notes: Licorice, Anise; Base Notes: Vanilla. The soap’s texture is soft croap and it generated a medium-low density lather, maybe slightly airy but it gave great overall performance for a budget line soap. From the lather I get a lovely refreshing sweetish minty liquorice aroma with a very light menthol cooling, scent strength 5/10. Awesome clean, smooth, close shave from the Yaqi Ghost & Wizamet blade combo, really liking this razor.

  • Brush: AP Shave Co. “Ivory&Lavender” with 24/53 Pure Bliss SHD Premium Knot
  • Soap: Tcheon Fung Sing - RazoZero Protettivo
  • Bowl: SS Noodle bowl with Non-slip Shower Sticker
  • Razor: YAQI Ghost, Aluminum Version (Weight: 35gm with blade; Blade gap - 0.70 mm; Blade exposure - +ve?; Handle - 88/12mm)
  • Blade: Wizamet Super Iridium, made in Russia (4)
  • Astringent: TN Dickinsons Witch Hazel with T.Tree oil & Menthol Crystals
  • Balm: Nivea Men Sensitive Pro Anti Skin Stress Facial Balm
  • After Shave Splash: Proraso (Green) Refreshing AS Lotion
  • Moisturiser (Later): Nivea Men - Anti-Irritation AS Lotion

Pre-shave; Warm shower, face rinse with MWF bar soap.
Brush; TroyCraft, ‘’Gold n Jar’’ Jarrah hardwood and pure Gold flake resin handle, highly polished with a CA finish and a 26mm (x TF), 2 band Finest Badger knot (Brush No 4)
Soap; Washpool, No 2 (Lemongrass, Lime & Lemon Myrtle) in an original Franklin Toiletry Co 1976 Barbershop Mug. A TOP Aussie product!!
Razor; Gillette, Toggle 1958 D1.
Blade; Gillette, Red & White (Aussie Spoiler) Great blade, with only 1 packet left, these are used only in the Toggle, Fatboy and for a stellar performance my Gen 1 Aristocrat (OC) they were made for it!! IMHO
Post-shave; @SpeedyPC 500mls, Wahl Traditional Bay Rum 500mls, Moroccan Argan Oil 100mls, Bay Essential Oil 25mls and Vit E 5mls (Mixed together) aftershave/moisturiser splash!! ‘’Superb’’

I had a feeling that you got it from Maggard Razors, so I had to asked.... Cheers.

Thinking about grating a puck of MWF tallow into a twist up travel container, before I head to England this year.

If you want to grab something locally, I picked up some big glue sticks from an office supplies place and used them for Stirling samples. They turned out pretty good, I reckon. :)
