Razor: Thiers Issard Bijou De France
Haven't used 'Henry' for while. Scent profile: Lemon, Frankincense, Benzoin, Pimento Berry, Sandalwood, Clove, Coffee, Rosemary. The lemon adds a little sparkle in what is other a warm blanket scent.
Straight razors seem to be doing the best job for me at the moment. I still use the DE's and SE's regularly but they're not as satisfying as the straights. I did use a couple of disposable razors to shower shave, during recovery with my broken leg, and they actually seem to be best suited for that. I did try a couple of DE's for shower shave but they were a little dissapointing for a flying blind shave.
Finally got off the opioids in January. Glad to see them go but they weren't going to leave quietly, like kicking some holes in the gyprock and slamming the door on the way out, i.e. opioid dependence adjustment - now I can't sleep and have got better pain definition ( I know where the screws are at the top and bottom of the tibial nail)
