Pre-shave; Warm shower, face rinse with MWF bar soap.
Brush; AP Shave Co, Etched Series ‘’Sea Voyager’’, Red resin handle and a 24mm AP Luxury bulb knot of mixed hair, 70% 2 band Finest Badger & 30% Pure Boar. Looks great with the Old Spice Mug!!

I have a history of preferring synthetic knots (and as I require LOTS of lather, they're totally unbeatable with a hard milled soap), but I'm beginning to wonder if the combo of boar/badger might be better than the sum of its parts when it comes to natural fibres.
