Brush:- Omega 11047 "Mixed Midget" (Badger/Boar) 20/43mm knot
Soap/Cream:- Valobra (4 tallow shaving sticks press into a 250 ml plastic tub)
Razor/Blade:- Blackland Sabre v2.0 - L2 SS Matted / GEM Personna PTFE Coated #2
Post/After-shave:- T.N. Dickinson Witch Hazel Astringent mixed into the 240ml bottle with Plunkett's Vita E Pure with Rosehip Oil (10 drops), Natural Plant Glycerine (20) & Tea Tree Oil Antiseptic (5)
Moisturising Cream:- Aveeno Active Naturals Daily Fragrance-Free (for autumn & winter season)
Fragrance:- Burberry for Men
 
Friday 10 April - SR shave No. 1,939
Revisor 6039 (Solingen, Germany), now unobtainable from the manufacturer, finished and maintained on diamond pasted balsa. Lather by ARKO built on-face with a no-brand Chinese guaranteed pure best badger synthetic brush remounted in a homemade timber handle.

  • Aftershave : Cella Original Splash.
  • Razor Weight : 94 grams.
Hi all,
Another brilliant shave today with the blackbird nothing more I can say about this razor except it lives up to all the hype maybe not for everyone but efficient close shaving razors are my thing.
In my opinion, it matches up very well with the Voskhod blade I know it’s not everyone’s favorite blade. I think it’s right up there for sharpness and smoothness.
One pass WTG/AGT done no touch ups.

This is my first time using a Phoenix AA soap or of there products for that matter.
It gave a fantastic strong lather with a very pleasing bay rum scent.
Finished off well with Cella original aftershave.
